My story…
Dr Phill Krins
With a PhD in the group dynamics of extreme environments, as a founder of the largest Live Action Roleplaying organisation in the southern hemisphere, as a proud dad and experienced Leadership and Organisational Development consultant, I put people at the centre of everything I do.
My “Why” is to have a positive impact on as many people’s experience of life as possible.
I do this through my ability to connect with and understand others, my commitment to evidence based practice, and my creative and playful spark.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
I am deeply curious about people and driven to improve their lives through insight, personal connection and meaningful experiences. With over 15 years’ experience working as an internal and external consultant and a PhD in group dynamics I have a unique talent to nudge behaviour in the workplace and create organisational cultures where people thrive, perform at their best and achieve their goals.
I contribute in practical ways to individuals and groups in the workplace by drawing on evidence and creating space for people to be authentic, to build a shared understanding, narrative and path forward to help them overcome challenges, develop and flourish.
My professional style is one that is reliable, respectful, playful, direct and warm. I value fun and humour, but in a way that creates connection rather than avoiding uncomfortable conversations. I have a strong history of delivering projects with impact that meet the needs of different stakeholders and drive organisational performance.
I’m passionate about my work because it helps me make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. I believe our workplace cultures lead change in our broader society, and I want to create a future for my children where everyone can thrive and contribute to society in meaningful ways that bring fulfilment, connection and joy to people’s lives.
